What is iCEHA?

This course is designed to help realtors or realtors to be prepare for the Common Exam for House Agent. The entire course training, mock MCQ exam and Q&A will be facilitated online with the exceptions of 3x2 hours classroom tutorial revision sessions before the examination.

What qualification do I need to take iCEHA?

There is no need for any qualification or nationality requirement to take this iCEHA course but if you wish to sit for the CEHA, you are require to have at least 3 "O" level credits in ONE sitting (Diploma or Degree from local schools has to be submitted early and subjected to approval on a case by case basis.

How would the course be coducted?

The classes would be conducted online. Once you sign up for the course, you would be assigned an user ID and password to access the site. All course notes would be made available on-line in phases. You will also be notified should there be any updates on the course notes.

You can post any questions on-line in blog and email and also interact with the other students who are taking the similar course. All the questions will be answered by the experienced facilitator.

Once you finish reading the lecture notes and are ready to take the test, you can proceed to take the 25 x 10 questions mock MCQ up exams for each module before you sit for the exam. You will be graded immediately. Each student will have 25 attempts on each module and the mock up exam module will expire after the 25 attempts or at the end of the course period. The entire course will complete within 4 months.

A few weeks before the exam, you will be informed by email on the live tutorial. Please log in or check your email regularly for notices.

What if I don't understand the course notes?

You can post your questions pertaining to the course to the facilitator using the "Conversation" or "Blog" options. You will receive a personal answer from the facilitator within 3 working days. These questions and answers will be also made available on-line for other students. Alternatively, you can ask the questions during the 2 hours revision classroom tutorial held close to the exam period.
