The iCEHA Course aims to train realtors and to upgrade the present standard of realtors here in Singapore.

This course helps to ensure that the realtor who has successfully completed the course is able to service his clients with more professionalism and provide a higher standard of service.

The iCEHA course also give aspiring estate agents a good general knowledge of the industry and to help prepare them to take Common Examination for House Agents (CEHA). With a pass in the CEHA, it will be a pre-requisite for those wishing to apply for a House Agent’s Licence under the Auctioneer’s & Licensing Act. This CEHA course is to cater HDB’s requirement that the Agency staff of all firms listed under Listed Housing Agency Scheme (LHAS) are to pass this Examination.
